Description

This Combo unit brings together the two most important pieces of equipment in honey processing: a bench-type uncapping bench and an electric honey extractor.

The powerful, yet extremely QUIET, BETA motor is mounted below the honey extractor. This great unit has the following characteristics, in addition to being very compact

( 50” x 22” x 36” ):

Bench-type uncapping machine on the left side of the unit, fitted with a crosspiece to rest the frame on, a stainless steel rack for receiving uncapped frames waiting for later honey extraction, a removable deep tank with a perforated bottom for cappings collection and dripping.

Honey extractor on the right side of the unit, fitted with a stainless steel 5/15 cage. This cage extracts 15 each of 6-1/4” or 5-3/8” frames so easily. With the unique stainless cage, you can also extract 5 9-1/8” frames tangentially. Safety lid lock makes this the perfect extractor to use with the family.

Each of the two compartments is fitted with a transparent hinged lid. The tank has four sturdy support feet, whose size is such to ensure a slight inclination of the machine toward the discharge gate, that helps the honey flow out of the extractor and the uncapping machine.

New, low voltage BETA motor, entirely made in Italy, installed under the honey extractor to leave the top part free for easier cage filling and better cleanliness; Adjustable speed from 0 to 420 rpm.

The 4 feet are fitted with wheels that absorb any vibrations that might be caused by an unbalanced load.

Space Saving unit combines two pieces of equipment for easy storage.  Integrated uncapping side with supports and removable filter tray.

Honey drains directly into extractor.
